Key Responsibilities: Make CNC Programs Use software like Mozaik, Fusion 360, or other CAD/CAM tools. Make programs for cutting panels, making holes, and shaping wood. Prepare tool paths as per job drawings. Work with Machines Load programs into CNC machines. Set up the machine with the correct tool and material. Run test pieces and check measurements. Check Quality Ensure the cut or turned parts match the drawing size. Fix errors in programs if the part is not correct. Keep Records Save all programs in the proper folder. Write notes about tools and setup for each job. Work with Team Talk to the factory supervisor, designer, and carpenters to understand jobs. Give support to the machine operator when needed. Skills Required: Must know basic CNC programming. Should understand how to use software like Mozaik, Fusion 360, or SketchUp. Should know how to measure parts and read technical drawings. Must know how to operate CNC machines safely. Experience: 2 to 3 years of work experience in any woodworking factory using CNC. Experience with flatbed and lathe CNC preferred.
